I’ve made the joke before that I’ve been handcrafting before there was such a thing as a -hashtag handcrafted-. On a serious note, part of the journey for me as an artisan and craftsman is gleaning grand fulfillment at the request of being able to create nifty items for others, by working with my hands. Crafting some of the things that I love to make such as custom turkey calls and duck calls brings me some of the greatest fulfillment. Any day I get to work with my hands, on my own schedule and produce something of appreciation for others to enjoy, is always a great day.
It’s exciting. It’s one of those facets of life which adds flavor to one’s life, day and journey.
